An accredited ADMC by the Association of Destination Management Executives, we are a boutique company providing exceptional program development and on site management services for groups of 25 to 2,500.
Our client base is both Domestic and International, and we are proud to offer event planning and management services in Spanish as well as English, with qualified personnel fluent in both languages. We are a modern organization, with 24 hour access to your program management team while on site via mobile device though our Virtual Private Network. Since 1977, we were Las Vegas first Destination Management Company and have been leading our industry with highly reputable local event management services ever since.
What is your primary product or service?
Destination Management Services for Corporate and Incentive Travel Groups visiting Las Vegas. We create, plan, and manage creative programs to showcase the finest in venues, talent, and services that our city has to offer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take great pride in our heightened level of customer service, which has resulted in an average repeat client base of 60-65% annually, which is more than double the standard for our industry. We provided the services that our clients require, we do not "sell" them the services that we offer. We strive to become a partner to their team, to work together as a cohesive unit to achieve the end goal.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one, Las Vegas. We believe that in order to provide the finest of service in our specialized industry, a company must be fully immersed physically, emotionally, and culturally in our destination. We have no plans to expand at this time.

We provide Destination Management Services in the Greater Las Vegas Area, including Henderson.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I take great pride in managing the day to day operations of the company, and leading the team with our client relations and program development. I am assisted by our Director of Operations, who as been at the helm of our onsite management team since 2005.
