I totally agree with the prior comment. As am independent contractor, I had to set up a business structure to support my work. I found Mr. Reynolds to be very knowledgeable about setting me up as a PLLC, which is a new entity in NV, as opposed to the older and more typical Professional Corporation. I was very grateful for his expertise because this setup allowed me a much easier tax structure -- no more corporate returns, just a single 1040 every year! I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone in Las Vegas. The are professional, courteous, honest, and have competitive prices. No wonder they are one of Las Vegas's oldest law firms.
