How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
Real Estate Sales, Listings and Property Management.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in the business back in 1984 but with double digit interest rates it was a difficult market. After a couple of years I needed to move. I was still interested so in 1997 I started over and have been working at it full time since then. I enjoy the helping someone sell their home and I love the feeling I get when I sell the "perfect home" to a happy buyer. I feel like I am in the business of helping people get what they want.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am completely focused on helping the people get what they are looking for. I want everyone to be happy years down the road so I am looking at the long view when I help someone. Most of my clients end up being my freinds and I like that very much.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and don't have plans to expand in Mesquite at this time.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Halfway between exit 120 and 122 right on Mesquite Blvd. If you are coming from Vegas take the first exit - 120 - and stay straight on Mesquite Blvd. for about 1 mile. We are at the third stoplight at Thistle St., just turn left into our parking lot. From St. George you take exit 122, turn left from the off ramp and go back under the freeway past several stoplights stay in the right hand lane until you reach a sharp right hand corner. From that corner it is about 1 mile and we will be the first stop light on Mesquite Blvd. and Thistle, turn right into our parking lot.

9-5 in the summer and 8:30 to 4:30 in the winter during daylight savings.
