What is your primary product or service?
We provide ERP software solutions for Small and Medium sized enterprises. We specialize in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Dynamics CRM for general business such as; Manufacturers, Distributors, Professional Service Companies and Rental Companies. We specialize in providing software solutions for the Special Event and Equipment Rental Industries, including A/V and Staging, Party and Tent rentals, handling jobs and resources as well as assets and supplies. We implement, train, and support this software and provide business process improvement consulting.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My first company was an HP computer and software consultancy which I started with my co-founders in 1978. Throughout my career I've been involved with IBM, HP, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft and other fortune 500 and 100 companies.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have senior people to support our clients. They have industry and application knowledge, upon which our clients rely. In the Rental Industry, we have an Enterprise solution not previously available to the largest companies in that segment. We also provide I.T. infrastructure support and compliance assessments.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We're headquarted in Nevada and have personnel in California and multiple locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
