J2 COMMERCIAL CLEANING, our janitorial division, includes scheduled and one time janitorial service, carpet care, all floor care, window washing, floor waxing, marble and travertine polishing, wood floor spray buffing & cleaning, pressure washing, porter service, & light maintenance. All employees are documented, background checked, and only use our top of the line equipment and cleaners.

How long have you been in business?
We've been in the cleaning business since 2003. Both local owners continue to research and purchase the latest methods, products, and equipment. Profits are put back into the company to always have and be the best possible.
What is your primary product or service?
Commercial & Residential Carpet Cleaning, Tile Cleaning, and Commercial Janitorial Service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I saw an opportunity to offer a high quality service in an industry that was falling towards offering low prices by giving poor quality and inferior results. This is not where America should be going. I see a world of high tech, clean environments, not a low tech, dirty world. I recently saw an ad offering $19.99 whole house carpet cleaning, but with the required "extras", the price is more like $199 and you still get inferior equipment and cleaning products that can cause more harm than good to the carpet.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We don't offer the customers an option to have the work done cheap. We will only offer to do it right at the price that we have to charge to be in business doing it right. Our name is on the service and we make sure it's ones based on great results, although at a fair price. We are not greedy at all. We are humble, honest, and ethical. Yes it still exist in some places. We won't fall to the pressures to offer a low price if it means sacrificing quality.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
2 locations and yes we will expand to other cities but not until we are well established in the Las Vegas Metro area.
