Mobile Dustless Media and Dry Ice Blasting
We are the home of the greener blasting company, providing only environmentally efficient media blasting and dry ice blasting services. Both the dustless blasting and dry ice blasting are offered in a mobile service to your business or home.
Dustless Blasting
Our wet media blasters (dustless blasting) use state of the art wet media blasting equipment. This type of blasting is also referred to as dustless blasting, vapor blasting and slurry blasting. By using a small amount of water in our media blasting process, dust is kept down to an absolute minimum and we use only eco-friendly recycled crushed glass or garnet. With only a pint of water used per minute this makes our equipment unlike most other blasters who use 2-3 times as much media and water to do the same job. Unlike sand blasting there is no silica released into the air and is completely ecologically friendly and safe for humans, animals and plant. This type of stripping is good for when items are to be stripped back to original finish or for stripping and sanding in one step ready for painting.
Dry Ice Blasting
Our dry ice blasters use nothing but air and dry ice. As such it is prefect for stripping and cleaning equipment in place, that cannot be disassembled and where water would damage electrical or electronic circuits. By not having to disassemble the equipment large savings are achieved. Dry ice blasting is great for cleaning conveyor systems, bottle molding equipment, bakeries, food preparation, printing presses, glue binding machines, mold remediation, removing smoke damage and many other industrial applications. Dry ice is food safe approved by the F.D.A. and removes Salmonella, Listeria and E-Coli. Dry ice blasting is non-abrasive, non-conductive and nonflammable.

We became involved in stripping boat hulls below the waterline and found many other uses for the blasting equipment.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer two distinctly different services. Media blasting we do uses a small amount of water that keeps the dust down to what is known as dustless blasting. Our dry ice blasting uses crushed dry ice that cleans more than it strips. It is perfect for cleaning teak furniture, removing scale buildup on pool tiles, removing ink, glue, dirt, etc. in industrial applications where there is electrical components as there is no water used.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 3 locations. USA, Canada and Mexico.
