Chiropractic service, physiotherapy modalities, soft tissue/muscle work, diet/nutrition, sports physicals, impairment rating, independent medical exams, medical report review and summary
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked with many different chiropractors over the past ten to eleven years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a very easy going person and thoroughly detailed in what I do.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One. I do plan to expand in Clark County as well as Southern California.
Provide detailed directions to your location
On the north side of Craig Road where it intersects with San Mateo, right in between Decatur and Valley.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, credit or debit cards, checks from long-time well-established patients, health or flex savings accounts, only insurance that are either med pay related or Aetna EOP and PPO.
Which areas do you service?
Full spine, cranial, TMJ, and extremities (legs, arms, hands, feet).
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
One solo practitioner at present.
What are your hours of operation?
Mon, Fri: 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 6 pm. Tue, Thur, Sat: 10:30 am to 3 pm. Wed: 2:30 to 6:30 pm.
