Plumbing, water leak repairs, water heaters, tankless water heaters, plumbing fixture replacements, toilet replacements, garbage disposals, water softeners, water treatment, gas lines, complete re-pipes,
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been involved in the plumbing heating, and air conditioning industry since 1977, I started my own air conditioning company in 2001, I worked with another plumbing company until May of 2021, when the owner passed away. At that point I started ICS Plumbing. We have been growing the commercial side of the business and now were ready to focus on the residential side.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service, we take amazing care of our customers, we answer our phones 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Live, we have an answering service to handle our calls after hours, anyone that contacts us after hours needing service get a call back immediately. Our customers are always #1 to us.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We cover all of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Hemderson, Laughlin, Boulder city, Pahrump, and Mesquite, from our North Las Vegas Location.

My wife and own and operate the company.

Hours of operation 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Monday through Friday, our technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
